PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

AIRCRAFT FINISHING SYSTEMS PRIMER SEALER is a high quality, single component primer, not requiring any catalyzing agent. Performance obtained is equal or superior to that of two-component, catalyzed epoxy systems. PRIMER SEALER offers good coverage, excellent durability, and ease of application, as well as being a low VOC and EPA compliant coating.

ENVIRONMENTAL ADVANTAGE

AIRCRAFT FINISHING SYSTEMS PRIMER SEALER is a low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound). high performance production coating. It is considered non-hazardous by EPA definitions and does not contain lead or chromates. The solid and semi-solid sludge produced in spraying and clean up can be flocculated; dried and sent to a "Class B" landfill. Check with your local and state regulations for proper handling.

SPECIFICATIONS

• METALS: Surface must be free of grease, oil, dirt, and other foreign matter. Oxidation material must be removed or converted with Aircraft Finishing Systems Conversion Coating.
• FIBERGLASS: Surface must be free of grease, oil, dirt, and other foreign matter. CONCRETE: Surface must be free of grease, oil, dirt, and other foreign matter.

APPLICATION

• Spraying - reduce with distilled water to 20-25 seconds DuPont M50. Apply with standard equipment - pressure or suction feed, HVLP or electrostatic. Atomization breakup depends upon viscosity of primer. Best performance is with an agitation pot.
• Brushing or rolling: reduce with distilled water to 30-38 seconds DuPont M50.
• Stir contents before use. Never shake or stir under high agitation.
• Shelf life: 1+ years.
• Apply with standard equipment-pressure or suction feed, air assisted airless, HVLP, LVLP or electrostatic. Atomization pressure depends on viscosity.

CLEAN-UP WITH WATER

Use water for cleanup. If the primer dries in the spray equipment, solvents may have to be used for cleanup. If the internal parts of the spray equipment are not stainless steel, it is recommended that the gun be purged with a solvent.

ALUMINUM ETCH AND CLEANER

STEWART AIRCRAFT FINISHING SYSTEMS ALUMINUM ETCH/CLEANER is a highly concentrated triple combination acid based detergent and degreaser. It removes scale, lime and soap film was well as removing grease, oil and processing fluids. Stewart Systems ALUMINUM ETCH  brightens aluminum.

HEAVY DUTY CLEANER

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

STEWART AIRCRAFT FINISHING SYSTEMS HEAVY DUTY CLEANER (HDC) is a non-butyl, water soluble, liquid detergent, concentrated degreaser and general purpose cleaner. HDC provides a triple effect most cleaning situations. First, HDC uses a combination of detergents that work synergistically to remove dirt and grime. Second, HDC attacks both petroleum and food greases aggressively. Third, HDC contains a powerful odor neutralizer that help combat foul odors. Care should be taken when working around glass and aluminum surfaces. Strong solution may cause etching.

STEWART AIRCRAFT FINISHING SYSTEMS HEAVY DUTY  CLEANER is a blend of degreasers, detergents, and emulsifiers for easy diluting with water. HDC is an excellent product for the removal of food grease, oil, gums, asphalt, petroleum deposits, waxes and tars residues. HDC quickly dissolves soiled areas allowing them to be rinsed with water. HDC can be disposed in a landfill in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.
