Attending one of Stewart Systems's covering workshops can be a very rewarding experience. Tammy, Paul and John will take you from the very start of covering an aircraft to the final painting. These workshops can show you all the little tips and tricks needed to end up with a first-class covering job on your project. Paul Yedinak and John Hanson are also IA's and can provide information on many aspects of aircraft construction and homebuilding.
	Tammy Yedinak uses a small, coil thermometer to demonstrate how to calibrate an electric iron for shrinking fabric. Temperature control of your iron is mandatory when shrinking fabric. You need to be able to know the temp of your iron to keep from shrinking your material too much, or in a worst case scenario, melting a hole in it.
Paul Yedinak conducts a hands-on session for interested soon-to-be hands-on coverers. Very little "class room" time is used. Most of the work is hand-on.
	Ken Beanlands practices covering techniques in preparation for covering his Cristavia Mark IV. Here he is applying tape to a control surface using CecoBond Cement. If you're used to other types of covering systems, you'll be amazed at how easy, pleasant and SMELL FREE it is to apply tapes using Stewart Systems's CecoBond Cement.
